A retired music educator, Andrew Smith, lives outside of Hanover, his hometown. He has exhibited at arts guilds, juried shows, and both solo photography and clay monoprint exhibits at the Adams County Arts Council in Gettysburg. Andy is a past president of the Hanover Area Arts Guild and is a member of the Adams County Arts Council, the Maryland Federation of Art, and the Delaplaine Arts Center.
