1 Year Anniversary Party at Collusion Tap Works

In celebration of our 1 year anniversary, we will be opening the brewery an hour early for a special ticketed VIP hour (only 50 tickets available via Eventbrite) which will include:

– 1 bottle of Many Moons – This 6.7% Golden Sour ale was the first beer we ever put into barrels. Half of this beer was spontaneously fermented, then refilled with wort fermented with our Mutagen Strain. Afterwards, we pitched over 10 different strains of Brettanomyces as well as the dregs from some of our favorite Belgian lambics. Each year, we will be pulling half of the barrel, and refilling it with fresh wort, so every year will have some of the previous year(s) beer present.

At 12pm, we will open to the public with a special anniversary draft list, door prizes for various Collusion swag as well as a silent auction for some pretty fantastic items (think bottle collections from our Collusion beer cellar, framed label art, bar stool for life, etc. We will drop some teasers in the week leading up to the event).
