Held annually on third Saturday in June featuring Irish performers from PA/MD plus special guests. #PennMarIrish
The festival will feature traditional and contemporary live Irish music, Irish dancers, Irish food, children’s activities, a Celtic Cultural Arts workshop tent, and a wide variety of vendors offering Irish goods including gifts, clothing, jewelry, music, books, pottery, photography, stained glass and more.
The festival is supported in part by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, a state agency funded by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency.

The festival’s Celtic Cultural Arts Workshop Tent will feature the following free workshops:

— Learning to Play Bagpipes, presented by members of Susquehanna Pipes & Drums
— Introductory Irish Ceili, presented by Holly Lanteigne-Marrow
— History and Meaning of Celtic Knots, presented by Sinead Moss
— Irish Wolfhounds, presented by Susan Wine
Discounted advance tickets are now available online and in person at The Markets at Shrewsbury.
Some seating is provided, but lawn chairs and blankets are welcome. Please, no pets (except service animals) or coolers.
A Children’s Activity Tent sponsored by Members 1st Federal Credit Union will feature complimentary crafts, games, coloring pages, face painting, a caricature artist, and more.
The festival will also include two free bounce houses for youngsters, sponsored by Green Mountain Energy.
