Ed Hott will speak about his experience in the Army in Korea in the 1960s.
Ed Hott was in combat engineer training in Fort Belvoir, VA in 1968 and was with the 8th Army. He was stationed at Taegu, Korea as a dispatcher for motor pool. After that tour of duty, he was sent to Fort Meade to the 75th Engineers, where he guarded prisoners. There he became motor pool sergeant, rank of E-5, until 1971.
