Flow and Glow on Aerial Dance class.
Wear your most UV reactive clothing and makeup for our once a month specialty Flow and Glow aerial dance class.
Learn beginner level dance choreography for the Aerial Hoop (aka Lyra).
We’ll start by warming up and stretching out in warm cafe lights.
Once you learn the combo, we’ll dance it out under glowing black lights.
It’s always fun and festive. Come glow with us.
Class is capped at 4 students max.
Each student will have their own apparatus provided to learn on. Equipment is cleaned before and after each class.
Things to keep in mind:
– Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class. Gotta have time to put on your glow paint.
– Leggings are recommended, but shorts are acceptable. Remove any jewelry or metal from your clothing before class.
– Do not put on any lotion 5 hours before class. Lotions prevent secure gripping.
– Always bring water, it is important to stay hydrated
– While Flow and Glow is made up of beginner material, and we accept newbies, it is recommended that you take Intro to Aerial Hoop prior. Every other Sunday at 10:20am at Stellar Fitness
