This evening’s concert will be a musical French pastiche anchored by the works of Ravel and Debussy. Come hear the iconic harmonies of Debussy’s seafaring voyage, La Mer, and symphonic poem, Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun. Van Cliburn Gold Medal-winning pianist Yekwon Sunwoo will perform Ravel’s Concerto for Piano and Orchestra in G Major, and the program concludes with a rousing rendition of the composer’s legendary Bolero!
