Call for Art: 2016 York County Youth Art Exhibition

Entrants are limited to students enrolled in grades K – 12 during the 2015 / 2016 school year. Entrants must reside in York County, or attend any school (public, private, home school) or art class in York County. ENTRY FEE: NONE

Members and non-members may submit one original piece of 2-D or 3-D artwork, completed within the past three years and/or prior works that are representative of the artist’s current artistic efforts or growth. 2D artwork is limited to a maximum framed size of 48" wide x 60” high; 3D artwork is limited to a footprint of 18” x 18” for pedestal display or 24” x 24” for floor display. The number of accepted entries may be limited to a total of 100 pieces due space constraints. Works made in series (i.e., diptychs, triptychs, etc.) must be presented as a single work which fits the stated size constraints. Submissions may be framed or unframed. Unframed works will be minimally mounted for effective display by York Art Association at the artists’ risk. Entry in this exhibition gives York Art Association permission to photograph the submitted works for use in publicity and promotions.
