CALL FOR ART:
Art In Industry: Rutter’s – A York Icon
Submission deadline: June 10, 2018
Exhibit dates: June 28 – August 11, 2018

Creative York is seeking artworks depicting the various elements of local York icon Rutter’s for an exhibit celebrating their 50th Anniversary. Categories include Rutter’s Farm Stores / Convenience Stores (from the past or present), fuel pumps stations (past or present), Rutter’s foods and drinks, or portraits of owners Scott Hartman, Tim Rutter, and Todd Rutter. We would love to see the Rutter’s logo – regular or 50th Anniversary – in as many pieces as possible, as applicable.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: to Sunday, June 10 by midnight

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
Artists may submit up to 3 works. All mediums will be considered. 2D works must be wired. All entries must be submitted digitally, by email, and include list stating the artist’s name and contact information (address, e-mail and phone), title of work, date, media, dimensions, and corresponding file name (see submission form). Please put “Rutter’s Entry” in the subject line of your submission email. Submissions must be at least 72 ppi, in jpeg format and must be less than 3MB in size. Please include a brief bio and artist statement with your entry. E-mail to: gallery@creativeyork.org

— Notification of acceptance: Wednesday, June13
— Artwork delivery to Creative York: June 16, 18, 19
