Call for Works: 100 under $100

Members of Creative York are invited to exhibit original artworks at Creative York West gallery during our annual holiday exhibit, 100 under $100. There is a limit of 3 submissions per artist. Two-dimensional works must be 6”x8” or smaller and three-dimensional works should be 6”x8”x8” or smaller. All eligible works must be priced less than $100.

Artwork drop off at 118 W Philadelphia St:

Saturday, November 18, 2017:  10am – 2pm.

Tuesday, November 21, 2017: 10am – 4pm.

Exhibit Dates: December 1^st – January 13^th, 2018

Opening reception: Friday, December 1^st, 5-7pm

MEDIA

All media will be accepted. 2D works must be wired or able to be suitable hung.

SUBMISSION

Please label all works with artist name, title, medium and price.  Drop off or deliver artwork, consignment form and signed gallery guidelines form to Creative York West during the drop off time listed above.

DELIVERY

Works must either be hand delivered or shipped in a properly protected, sturdy shipping carton or crate to Creative York, 10 N Beaver St, York, PA 17401. Each shipping container should not exceed 100 lbs. Include, with the shipped works, a check to cover cost of return shipping.

PHOTOGRAPHS

Creative York reserves the right to photograph or otherwise reproduce works in the exhibition for the purpose of press or public information.

LIABILITY

Creative York will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the works submitted while out of our physical custody such as during shipping. Creative York will handle all work with proper diligence. Artwork in the gallery is fully insured for the value listed by the artist.
