Choral Evensong for All Saints' Sunday/Concert

The choir of St. John Episcopal Church, 140 N. Beaver St., York, will sing a Choral Evensong for All Saints’ Sunday, November 4, at 4 PM. Following Evensong, soprano soloist, Amy Yovanovich will present a short concert. After the concert, a reception will be held in the Lovelace Commons. Amy Yovanovich is one of the finest and most sought-after mezzo-sopranos in Central PA. She has performed with the Lancaster, Harrisburg & Reading Lite Opera companies as well as in numerous oratorios and musicals at the Fulton Opera House. She is the Executive Director of the State Street Academy of Music and instructs vocal music at the Lancaster Academy of Music and Westgate Baptist Church. In September 2014, Amy was featured in St. John’s Concert Series Inaugural Concert. Free parking is available in the lot across the street from the church. A free-will offering will be received.
