CREATE ART BY DESIGN with Kim Morrow
Artist and graphic designer Kim Morrow will define and discuss examples of key design principles and compositional concepts during in-depth discussions and demonstrations.
Students will create study pieces with collage/mixed media (or medium of their choice) and explore various design concepts focused on principles and elements from the discussion material. Students may then choose a study or combine studies to create a composition for more in depth development.
This class is applicable to all artists of any level and any art media looking to improve their understanding of good composition and design. Students are encouraged to bring work-in-progress for review and help.
