When exploring Thai cuisine, we will be exploring not only flavors and spices, but textures and temperatures. Each attendee will be given taste examples of sauces, to uncommon vegetables, to fruits that wouldn’t normally be used in dishes. Everyone will be leaving with three dishes that will be portioned and then be able to be executed in their home kitchen.
