Moroccan food is incredibly deep flavored and spiced. In this class, we will be taking a larger pieces of meat, breaking it down, and showing how it can be used in different applications in different dishes. We will be sampling different spices and herbs to see which dishes matches well with each flavor (and each attendee will be able to choose and spices their meats as they find best matches their palate). All attendees will be again leaving with 3 meals to then be prepared at home.
