Creative York's Art in the Parks

Creative York’s FREE Annual Summer Arts Program

Art in the Parks is our annual, free summer art program held at parks around York City. For over 30 years, Creative York has been going out into the community to work with children ages 3 to 12 with a variety of guided art activities. This award-winning program gives York City children a creative outlet and an opportunity to build social skills and confidence. As one of our most popular summer events for kids, Art in the Parks travels from park to park, spending Monday-Friday from 6:30-7:30pm in each neighborhood during June, July, and August. Creative York volunteers bring this program to life in these neighborhoods and children can attend without having to register; they just show up and create. All materials are provided by Creative York.
