About Our Run… The race is a 5K (3.1 miles), which is a great distance for experienced runners, inexperienced runners, and folks just looking to have a jolly good time.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit our CSY Athletic Department.
RACE PRICING:
CSY – 5K Reindeer Run without pet:
Prior to November 11th – $25.00 per person includes a shirt
After November 11th and Race Day – $30 per person -doesn’t include a shirt
CSY – 5K Reindeer Run – with pet (Two (2) Pet Max):
Prior to November 11th – $35 per person with one pet. $40 per person with two pets. This option does include a shirt.
After November 11th and Race Day – $40 per person with one pet. $45 per person with two pets. This does not include a shirt after November 11th Deadline.
Dasher Dash (aka “Family Fun Run”) – (Does NOT include a shirt):
Prior to November 11th – $15.00 per person or $60.00 for families of 4 or more (Does NOT include a shirt)
After November 11th and Race Day – $20.00 per person or $100 for families of 4 or more (Does NOT include a shirt)

Extra Shirts will be available the day of the event for $12 per shirt on a first come first serve basis. *Please note that we will not be ordering extra 2XL & 3XL shirts they must be ordered in advance.
EVENT SCHEDULE:
8:30 – 9:45 a.m. – Packet Pick-up and Registration
9:45 a.m. – Dasher Dash for families
10:00 a.m. – 5K Reindeer and Pet Run
PACKET PICK-UP:
Thursday, December 5th from 2-3 p.m.
Friday, December 6th from 2-3 p.m.
Race Day, Saturday, December 7th from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m.
AGE DIVISIONS: Awards to top in each category awarded to Male and Female (19 & under) (20-29) (30-39) (40-49) (50-59) (60 & Over)
COURSE: The race path is on the grass and pavement around the campus of Christian School of York. Course is friendly for jogging, strollers and pets* as along as we don’t have any significant amounts of snow. *Pets must be leashed at all times!
COSTUME COMPETITION: 1st Place Costume Winner awards in the following categories: Largest Pet, Smallest Pet, Best Couple, Female Adult 18-Over, Male Adult 18-Over, Female Student 5-17 years old and Male Student 5-17 years old.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Athletic Department.
PET REQUIREMENTS: All your pets MUST be leashed at all times and licensed with current immunizations. You MUST provide proof of rabies vaccination when you pick up your packet or you will be unable to participate. Your pets are wonderful, but you MUST pick-up after them. Please do not let them use our building, structures or play equipment as fire hydrants. You MUST control your pet at all times (walking, running, and/or standing). Your pets leash may NOT exceed 6 foot in length.

The CSY Reindeer Run and Dasher Dash/Vendor Festival is a fun-filled and energetic experience. This is held just like a regular 5K, but with a vendor festival available before, during and after the race! And for even more fun, you can bring your dog!

Additional time info:
Early bird booth registration is $50.00 per booth. After 11/26 cost is $100 per booth. Booths will be inside gymnasium and will be limited on a first come first serve basis to ensure we have a variety of vendors. Set-up begins at 7 a.m. and show begins at 8 a.m. and runs until 1 p.m. Clean-up and departure by 2 p.m.
Please note that there will also be a silent auction available online for your review post event.
