Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination OR A negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of performance time OR Negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 24 hours of performance time FULLY VACCINATED PATRONS All fully vaccinated guests visiting the Appell Center will need to show proof of full vaccination, a government issued ID, and their event ticket before entering any of the Center’s venues. Fully vaccinated means that on the date of the performance or event, the guest is: At least 14 days past receiving the second dose of a double-dose vaccine (Moderna or Pfizer/Biontech) OR At least 14 days past receiving their sole dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine Acceptable proofs of vaccine include A government issued CDC vaccine card OR A photo on your mobile device of your government issued CDC vaccine card UNVACCINATED PATRONS Guests over the age of 12 who are not vaccinated must provide one of the following, as well as a government issued ID: A negative COVID-19 antigen test taken by an approved testing site within 24 hours of the date and time of the performance or event A negative COVID-19 PCR test taken by an approved testing site within 72 hours of the date and time of the performance or event Any guest under the age of 12, including those under the age of 5, who is not eligible for the vaccine MUST wear a mask at all times. Per current CDC and PA Department of Health guidelines, all guests are highly encouraged to wear a mask when visiting the Appell
