Melbourne’s The Wheeler Centre is hosting a free live-stream featuring Alice Bishop, whose 2019 short story collection A Constant Hum was written after the 2009 Black Saturday fires. Bishop will be talking about “regrowth, resilience and its cost” in the wake of a disaster. Sounds relevant in too many ways right now.
