Just exactly how do artists create that simmering effect in paintings? Ever wonder about collages, what fits where? How do they pick colors?
Ten artists from the Hanover Area Arts Guild will give the public a glimpse into their world Friday, June 17, and Saturday, June 18, as part of the Made In America Tour Event.
The demonstrations are set for 2-5 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday at the gallery, 32 Carlisle St., in downtown Hanover. The artists will talk with the public about their passion for art, how they create their art and special techniques they use.
The event is free and open to the public.
