Metal Tooling A Mask

Art Downtown will host a week-long workshop in July with instructor Stanley Gilmore and students will metal tool this mask, similar to those made by the Incas.
Using the method mastered by the Inca Indians, students will have a chance to tool your own mask out of metal. Metal tooling sheets and tools will be provided. Since there is a process to it, this will be a week-long workshop, July 24-28, 90 minutes each day. If you finish early, you’ll be able to make another mask out of paper.
There is a $2 materials fee to the instructor. The cost of the class is $70 for members and $80 for non-Art Guild members.
