A preliminary to Miss America, young women from around the state will compete for thousands in scholarship dollars.
- The Miss Pennsylvania Scholarship Competition is a preliminary to the Miss America Competition, the largest provider of scholarships for young women in the nation. Candidates advocate for social impact initiatives and demonstrate how they are uniquely qualified to represent the Commonwealth of PA.
