Mother's Day Weekend: Restorative Yoga + Sound Healing

For this special session, in celebration of Mother’s Day, bring your mom for free. Whether she is your mom, mother of your child, friend, aunt, sister, grandma, cousin, or someone you consider a motherly figure- she will receive this session for free.
Nicole will lead the room through a candle-lit, gentle flow followed by long-held restorative poses.
The room will be immersed with the sound of singing bowls to enhance the restorative practice and meditative state.
This practice is curated to help you slow down, release tension, and listen deeply.
All levels are welcome! Beginners too!
