The 8th annual Pennsylvania Cigar Box Guitar Festival features 2 stages, 14 bands and one great big pile of noise.
The 8th annual Pennsylvania Cigar Box Guitar Festival returns to WeCo in downtown York for one, family-friendly day. The party-like atmosphere takes place in the parking lot of The York Emporium (343 West Market Street). Each of the 14 bands features a home-made cigar box guitar.
