An observatory visit to York Learning Center’s Planetarium features two special shows. Limited to SummerQUEST’s 200 minute prize winners.
This special observatory visit at the York Learning Center’s Planetarium includes two special shows, “Tilt” and “StarWatch”. “Tilt” explains how the Earth’s tilt makes the seasons change and “StarWatch” explores the night sky above York County.
This special free event is only for those SummerQUEST participants who earn 200 minute prizes. Upon reaching the 200 minute goal a link will be sent to the participant to register online and reserve seats. Adults who wish to accompany their children may purchase a ticket for $1.00 each, paying at the library when their children pick up their 200 minute prizes. The event takes place on Saturday, July 13th and 3 shows are available – 11:00 am, 12:30 pm, and 2:00 pm.
