Enjoy this 40 minute specially priced round trip excursion to Seitzland, PA along the York Heritage Rail Trail and the beautiful country side of York County. Bring the kids to New Freedom and get on board for the Reading Express. Where the kids will be read stories by local author Jenny Price!
Please join us on this very special day as Jenny releases her first book “Fixly Kitt and the Sock Monster”.
It is a whimsical story that will answer the age old question of where in the world all the missing socks go! Honesty, every household in the world has asked themselves this question.. You put two socks in the laundry, but end up with one. This story is very interactive and has a very good lesson for children in the end. Jenny would like to offer to all who come and attend first dibs on first release.
The coaches are pushed and pulled by the vintage diesel locomotive.
This is a 45 minute ride.
Tickets will be printed and be available for pick up at the ticket booth on the day of the excursion.
