5 wk course – Mondays & Wednesdays 10am-10:45am. (March 2-April 1, April 20-May 20). This class is for those age 50+. Restore your well being and combine dance with meditation and wellness principles. Class structure will focus on balance, flexibility, conditioning, and confidence. Exercises may be done standing at the ballet barre or sitting in a chair. Wear comfortable clothing, socks or ballet shoes and hair worn out of your face.
