Honor York’s 275th anniversary by discovering its diverse historical & cultural heritage through the Trusts Second Saturday Lecture Series
Join Scott Butcher, local historian and author as he discusses the City of York’s iconic architecture. Based on his recent book York’s Historic Architecture: A History and Guide, Butcher will explain the characteristics of various architectural styles present in York. Butcher will also highlight the importance of these buildings to York’s historical events and general development. York’s Historic Architecture is available in the Trust’s bookshop.
