Haines played both professional baseball and football in the 1920s and 30s, winning championships in both sports as a member of the New York Yankees and the New York (Football) Giants. A teammate of Babe Ruth, and a nationally known football star, Haines enjoyed an amazing athletic career. Loyer will highlight Haines’ professional career and his Red Lion connections.
