5 day Build a Play Camp 5 day Show Choir Camp
5 DAY BUILD-A-PLAY CAMP
For Artists Entering Grades 3 – 6
July 11 – 15 | 9:00am – 4:00pm
Performance: July 15 @ 4:30pm
Description: Let your creativity and passion for the stage soar as you put together 10-minute plays in just 5 days. Day one will start with writing, reading and discussing plays. Then, you will have a chance to explore acting, scenic design, costumes, and directing in the collaborative nature of producing a show. The camp will end with a final 10-minute play festival on the Capitol Theater stage for friends and family! This camp is perfect for students with a love and interest in learning about all aspects of the arts, from behind the scenes to on the stage.

SHOW CHOIR CAMP
For Artists Entering Grades 6 -10
July 25 – 29 | 9:00am – 4:00pm
Performance: July 29 @ 4:30pm
Description: Calling all singers, dancers, and musical theater enthusiasts! Show Choir camp will let you have fun doing everything you love. Working with a music director and choreographer throughout the week, you will learn a variety of songs, medleys, and dances at the Appell Center Studio. At the end of the week, friends and families are invited to a fantastic showcase of your talents on the Appell Center stage.
Camp Cost: $200 per student
