Teen Cultural Engagement Project - Celebration and Exhibit : Postponed

Martin Library and Confronting Racism Coalition present the culminating event featuring the art and teen artists who participated.

Community members, leaders, families and friends of the student artists will celebrate the teens final projects created during the Teen Cultural Engagement Project. Student work will be on display to the public during a celebration on the evening of November 15 in Martin Library.

Vision – What you see and what you want to see, who you represent

Voice – What you want to say and need to say, in spaces you need to be heard

Value – What is important and an awareness of what is around you

The Confronting Racism Coalition is proud to partner with Martin Library to provide a series focused on engaging teens in York County by utilizing advocacy through various mediums.

Our goal is to inspire youth across our community to be engaged and work for a stronger York. A local community leader will lead each topic; sessions will be capped at 20 participants per session.

This series of workshops were made possible by a grant from the York County Community Fund’s Racial Equity Fund.

Free program open to the public.
