The Hip Nut is a multicultural dance production to the story of the Nutcracker with the morale that “LOVE WINS”. Watch Clara as she jams to a contemporary music mashup as this Nutcracker story takes place in present times. The performers will post LIVE onstage selfies during the production!
The Hip Nut project is about creating a diverse, multi-cultural, holiday production that appeals to a wide range of audiences. Our goal was to provide our community with another outlet to participate as a performer or view as an audience member.
This performance is made possible thanks to a Creative Impact Award from the Cultural Alliance of York County.
