York County History Center
The Mission of the York County History Center is to inspire the exploration of the history, people and culture of our county, state and nation. As a non-profit organization it utilizes collections, historic sites and museums to help tell the American story.
The History Center operates three museums, two other historic sites, and an extensive genealogical library and archives. Admission to the historic sites and museums is a one-price ticket providing entry to all sites for one day. (Some sites are closed during the cold months due to lack of climate control).
Events at the York County History Center include many free programs including lectures, genealogy groups, family and youth camps and interactive days, and fundraising events.
