WHAT IS SYNCHRO?
- A unique combination of dance, gymnastics, and swimming, also known as Artistic Swimming.
- Swimmers perform acrobatic routines in the water, perfectly timed with the music & their teammates
- All of this occurs without touching the bottom of the pool
- It requires breath control, strength, coordination, and mental toughness

- It requires breath control, strength, coordination, and mental toughness
WHAT WE OFFER
- Friendship, fun, and fitness with athletes ranging from 6-19 years old
- Intermediate teams, Advanced (“Age Group”) teams, and performance experiences
- Practices organized by age, skill level, and interests
- Weekly beginner Synchro classes and Masters Adult Teams (19+)
- A weekend summer “Synchro Camp”
- An annual theatrical Water Show (development begins at Camp, culminating in the show in early October).
