Weary Arts Group’s annual production of The Wiz is coming up again (March 11th-20th). This soulful, urban twist on the Wizard of Oz is a show that you will want to see again and again. WAG chose this show because the central theme of exploration, discovery, and friendship resonates with our misson. Also, anyone can identify with the characters… but the main reason is because the music is infectious and it keeps you moving in your seats!
The production will take place at Hannah Penn Middle School (415 East Boundary Avenue) for TWO weekends with TWO amazing casts! The first weekend will be Friday, March 11th at 7PM, Saturday, March 12th at 7PM, and Sunday, March 13th at 2PM with ShaiQuana Bailey as our Dorothy. The second weekend will be Saturday, March 19th at 2PM and 7PM, and Sunday, March 20th at 2PM with Taylor Williams as our Dorothy. Come on out both weekends to see TWO casts of awesome local talent!

Wizard Section – $20 (Front Orchestra Seating)
Ozian Section – $15 (Mid Orchestra Seating)
Munchkin Section – $10 (Rear Orchestra Seating)
