COVID-19 has changed the way the Ma & Pa Railroad Preservation Society is operating this season, however the change promises to bring an exciting and dynamic new experience for visitors. A first-time ever 45-minute guided tour of Muddy Creek Forks led by costumed historical interpreters plus a motorcar train ride will delight young and old alike.
The Ma & Pa Railroad Heritage Village is open Sunday afternoons through September 6. There will be four programs consisting of the guided tour and train ride each Sunday at 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, and 3:30 PM.
To protect the safety of visitors and volunteers, the heritage village will follow policies established by public health officials. The motorcar train will be sanitized before every trip, and all visitors and staff will be required to wear face masks and to maintain social distancing to the extent feasible.
