In partnership with York County Libraries, the Susquehanna Folk Music Society Online presents the Harrisburg Mandolin Ensemble on Saturday, February 13, 2021, in a live-streamed program at 1 pm.
Four Harrisburg area musicians — all known for their skillful playing and eclectic musical tastes — sing and play jazz, swing, bluegrass, folk, pop, and whatever else they can imagine… all on mandolins, mandolas, mandocellos, and octave mandolins. In this hour-long program for all ages, you will enjoy some terrific music and learn more about the instruments, the music, and the history of mandolin orchestras.
