Sempre Libera! An Operatic Celebration of Pride

Sempre Libera! An Operatic Celebration of Pride

Presented by Appell Center for the Performing Arts and Rainbow Rose Center at Appell Center for the Performing Arts

On June 26th, Opera Susquehanna is thrilled to perform some of the “top 40 hits” of Italian opera!  Some of those titles include “Nessun Dorma,” from Puccini’s Turandot, “Vesti la Giubba” from Pagliacci (the one about the murdering clown!), “Sempre Libera” from Verdi’s La Traviata, and “Anchio” from Verdi’s Nabucco!  Duets from Puccini’s Tosca, Verdi’s Don Carlos, and Mozart’s Le Nozze di Figaro, just to name a few!

Join us to support the Rainbow Rose Center on June 26 at 7:00 at the Appell Center for the Performing Arts Strand Theater, and be whistling the familiar melodies for weeks to come!
