Rawchella Music & Arts Festival will be entering its 4th installment & the first year the event will be 2 days. Rawchella Festival is a live music platform featuring local talent as well as local vendors held every September at the majestic Kiwanis Lake in York, Pa. The event is FREE for the community to attend, however there is an implemented artist fee for talent that wishes to obtain a performance slot. Rawchella is an all day event highlighting the plethora of talent the 717 area has to offer.
