The Groove Ensemble is a percussion ensemble with a twist.
It includes many traditional percussion instruments, as well as guitars, basses, keyboards, digital samplers, electronic drum machines, and turntables. Groove performs traditional music from around the world, including West Africa, South Africa, and Indonesia.
In view of ongoing health risks posed by the coronavirus you will still be required to register 24 hours in advance and wear a mask at all times when in York College buildings. We will need a separate registration for each person. York College students, faculty, staff and members of the public will still be able to access many events virtually.
