As our planet nears the brink of environmental catastrophe, we need to understand why and how we can make important changes to sustain life.
Through verse and examples of the variety of the world around us, we will be inspired to learn more and work towards environmental justice and equity. Through an introduction to the four “E’s” and “The Way Forward”, Rev. Leonisa Ardizzone will, with her energy and insight, offer important information and guidance as to how we as individuals and in our groups (including our families) take steps forward.
Rev. Ardizzone is a UU minister with a Master’s in Divinity from the Union Theological Seminary. With a background as a school-based science teacher, she has a Master’s Degree in Science Education and a doctorate in Peace Studies from Columbia University and is on the faculty of Vassar College in New York State.
