Join us for an educational, fun, and tasty afternoon perfect for couples, friend groups, solo artists needing time away, or as a Mother’s Day gift!

What do we have planned for you?

First, sip a drink while watching demonstrations of Insta-worthy charcuterie board techniques sure to impress family and friends. Learn how to style prosciutto ribbons, salami roses and flowers, and five other meat arrangements. Observe cheese cutting and styling presentations. Hear tips and tricks for adding accoutrements with the perfect variety and balance while garnishing with herbs or flowers for truly next-level boards!

Next, practice arranging your own charcuterie on a bamboo board (to keep) or in a covered box (clear top, carryout bakery-style). From our vast offerings, choose at least two meats, two cheeses, and an assortment of accoutrements and garnishes to make a board for two. I’ll be available for questions and to help with hands-on mastery of your new skills. Grab a printed hand out to help you recreate charcuterie works of art at home for family and friends.

Finally, dine in or take out your very own charcuterie! You’re welcome to stay and enjoy the beautiful property and free live music by Olds Sleeper, an Americana/Folk band. Wine, craft cocktails, and beer available for purchase throughout the afternoon. BCV’s assortment of wines are the perfect pairing for your new gorgeous charcuterie so sample, sip, share, and bring some bottles home!

$32.95 per person attending includes a charcuterie board to feed 2 people to take afterward.  $10 to hold your spot, $22.95 due at the conclusion of class.  Each class attendee must register, pay, and wear gloves. Drinks are not included in pricing.  Advance ticket purchase required.

There are additional indoor and outdoor seating areas as well as the Tasting Room for anyone in your party not attending the class who may want to wait for you on the lovely property.
