Area residents are invited to attend a program by John M. Garber, Attorney at Law, entitled, “Estate Planning:  Protecting You and Your Family,” on Thursday, May 19, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. at the Kreutz Creek Library, 66 Walnut Springs RD, Hellam, PA.  Attorney Garber, a lifelong resident of York County who received his Juris Doctor Degree from the Valparaiso University School of Law, will highlight why it is necessary to have a will, a financial power of attorney, and a health care power of attorney/living will.  He will share information to assist you in understanding probate, the probate process, and death taxes in Pennsylvania.

Attorney Garber will be providing a box supper for all attendees to enjoy during the presentation.  Although the program, handouts, and box supper are free of charge, registration is requested.  Please call the library @ 252-4080 so that we may expect you.
