To follow along during class and make your own hearty 11 x 7 disposable bamboo charcuterie board, you will receive:
three types of meat,
three kinds of cheese,
three extras (accoutrements) & two sauces, and
herb & flower garnishes.
Through this class and hands-on instruction, you will:
learn to make two types of salami roses and see a variety of meat and cheese arrangements and styling techniques,
hear tons of tips and tricks along the way to make your own Instaworthy Charcuterie Board that evening as well as for entertaining friends and family over the upcoming holidays,

finally, bring home a handy custom charcuterie booklet for future reference.
