Presented by York County History Center at York County Historical Society Museum

Beginning in the 1840s quarry workers immigrated from Northern Wales to the Delta and Peach Bottom areas of York County. Join Don Robinson of the Old Line Museum, as he shares the story of Welsh immigration and their development of the roofing slate industry. Learn how the Welsh legacy continues in our area today through historic buildings, music, and religion.
