Art and nature lovers rejoice! We have a fabulous two-fer for you with this bus trip to the Brandywine Conservancy and Museum of Art, followed by a leisurely visit to Longwood Gardens.
At the Brandywine Conservancy and Museum of Art, you can see the current exhibit “Andrew Wyeth: In Retrospect” plus choose from one of 3 tours:
– Andrew Wyeth Studio Tour
– N.C. Wyeth House & Studio Tour
– Kuerner Farm Tour – a major source of inspiration to Andrew Wyeth
Then at Longwood Gardens, bring a picnic lunch or treat yourself at one of the Longwood restaurants, then stroll the grounds to see the world-famous, newly renovated fountains, visit the Conservatories, get zen at the Waterlily garden, or be inspired by any of the many stunning gardens. 7:30am – Start boarding bus at rear parking lot at Queensgate Plaza (behind Frank Theaters)
8:00am – Depart from York
9:30am – Arrive at the Brandywine Conservancy and Museum of Art
12:30pm – Board bus for departure to Longwood Gardens
5:30pm – Board bus for departure back to York
7:00-7:30pm – Arrive back in York
