During World War II speaker Steve Runkle’s father, Bill Runkle, served as a Sergeant in the Marine Air Corps in the Pacific Theater. Discover how a Marine Air Corps squadron functioned and operated, keeping planes flying. Steve Runkle is a volunteer speaker with the Susquehanna River Basin Commission’s Public Information and Outreach Program, presenting  on numerous topics related to local history.
