Phyllis Disher Fredericks teaches Intermediate to Advanced painters how to sculpt their work using color schemes in this 3-day workshop.
Learn to plan your color palette so that the painting process can be more spontaneous and painterly. We will learn how to work with color schemes and how to premix and/or choose your painting palette. You will also learn how to sculpt your painting by concentration on the planes and movement of light. You may work in any genre from realism to abstraction. Plan to work from your own photos or sketches, from the still life setup that will be available, or conceptually.
