Dr. Cass Ingram, “The Plant Man,” osteopathic physician and researcher is author to over 30 books on natural medicine, including The Cure is in the Cupboard, The Body Shape Diet, The Cure is in the Forest and most recently The Black Seed Miracle.  Appearing on more than 10,000 interviews on both radio and television, he is an expert on the use of wild plants and herbal extracts in the reversal of disease.  His research includes collaboration with Microbiotest Labs in Sterling, VA, and peer-reviewed, published work with Georgetown University Medical Center, Washington, D.C.

Dr. Ingram will also be doing a book signing Thursday morning, 10/26/17 at Sonnewald Natural Foods. A free Weed Walk with Willa (co-owner of Sonnewald Natural Foods) will take place at 1:30pm.
