The novice student will receive a strong foundation from taking this class.  Having taught art for over 40 years, this is Sara Little’s favorite class to teach.  Why?  Because when she sees the growth every student reaches and the pride on the students’ faces, it warms her heart.

We will start with basic skills, working with value pencils, charcoal, conte, pen & ink, and marker.  Each student will learn to use line, value, gesture, proportion and perspective, developing their ability “to see” through a variety of subject matter.

A $15 Materials fee is payable to the instructor.  All students should bring an 11″x14″ wire-bound sketch book (multi or mixed media is recommended).
