Civil War Historian Scott Mingus returns with a lecture on the Civil War in York County.  While much of the attention in the area is focused on Gettysburg, York County played an important role in the Civil War. Scott will discuss important locations such as the York Fairgrounds, Hanover and Wrightsville.  Scott will also discuss key players and the York County’s role in the Civil War.
