This class is great for non-experienced and experienced dancers alike. (Especially blues). It specializes in workout and body isolations utilizing the principles of belly dance. I generally start with a progressive workout that leads into drills, followed by technique-based patterning and light choreography. Dress in workout clothing, your belly does not need to be exposed; feel free to bring a yoga mat and belly scarf; this class is not gender specific.
